启动 jupyter notebook 报错 type object ‘IOLoop‘ has no attribute ‘initialized‘

一、问题描述

        在安装和运行jupyter notebook时，出现 “type object 'IOLoop' has no attribute 'initialized' 报错，如下图所示：

二、解决方法

        安装的tornado版本与jupyter不匹配，在终端输入:

conda install tornado=4.5

        安装完成后，即可正常使用Jupyter notebook.
