如果不想让Linux连网络，可以将这个设置为N；这个是一个菜单型的配置。如果当前机器又网卡，并且需要用它来联网，就需要设置为Y。If you are going to run SLIP or PPP over telephone line or null modem cable you need say Y here. Connecting two machines with parallel ports using PLIP needs this, as well as AX.25/KISS for sending Internet traffic over amateur radio links.

如果不确定设置为Y。x86的设置为了y。但是从功能上讲，这个bind interface功能已经非常重要了。所以这个配置的作用不是很明显，可以去掉了。
