根据DBC社区链上治理机制，下届理事会成员将于33天后选出，共计21位。为了帮助本次选举顺利进行，确保最终选出的理事会能够真正代表社区成员利益、积极治理，DBC团队将全程为本次竞选提供支持工作，整体时间线安排如下图所示：
此流程非强制，社区成员可以独立在主网提交候选人，也可在后续阶段联系我们安排宣讲，但由于时间有限，我们会优先为较早联系我们的候选人安排社区宣传和竞选宣讲，因此我们强烈建议大家尽早联系我们，准备竞选。
根据整体时间安排，目前我们开始对社区进行参选意向征集，即进入【意向征集】阶段，具体信息如下：

According to the on-chain governance mechanism of the DBC community, the next council members will be elected in 33 days, with a total of 21 members. In order to help this election run smoothly and ensure that the final elected council can truly represent the interests of community members and actively govern, the DBC team will provide support for this campaign throughout the entire process. This process is optional. Community members can independently submit candidates on DBC mainnet, or contact us to arrange the pitch at a later stage. However, due to limited time, we will give priority to arranging Twitter publicity and campaign pitch for candidates who contact us earlier. Therefore, we strongly recommend that everyone contact us as soon as possible to prepare for the election.
According to the timeline, we are now starting to collect intent. Anyone who has the intent to be a candidate can submit your intent via Twitter or community admins. Details are as follows:
