Mac安装 git-lfs 出现 Command failed with exit 128: git

fatal: not in a git directory
Error: Command failed with exit 128: git

在 brew install git-lfs 的时候，出现上述错误

解决方案：

执行 brew -v ：

按照提示执行 git config --global --add ...

然后再安装 git-lfs

brew install git-lfs

git lfs install
