available packages nothing to show

Windows系统

1、在C:\Users\DELL\pip中找到pip.ini

2、修改为

[global]

index-url = http://pypi.douban.com/simple

[install]

trusted-host=pypi.douban.com

Linux系统：

在~/下面创建 .pip 目录，然后创建pip.conf文件

index-url = http://pypi.douban.com/simple
trusted-host = pypi.douban.com
