这是因为Grub里面没有加入内存盘造成的
进入Live系统，找到initrd内存盘镜像
加入到Grub的启动项中
如
initrd /boot/initrd.img-2.6.32-21-generic
重启即可进入系统
不知道Ubuntu怎么会出现这么低级的错误
