LRM-00109: could not open parameter file ‘/u01/oracle/dbs/init*.ora’

解决办法：
[oracle@rhel55 dbs]$ export ORACLE_SID=venus
[oracle@rhel55 dbs]$ sqlplus /nolog

SQL*Plus: Release 11.2.0.1.0 Production on Wed Feb 1 21:10:51 2012

Copyright (c) 1982, 2009, Oracle.  All rights reserved.

SQL> conn /as sysdba
Connected to an idle instance.
SQL> startup
ORACLE instance started.

问题出在设置oracle用户.bash_profile文件的ORACLE_SID变量时，写为了 ORACLE_SID=wilson ，在startup的时候报错，其实真正的数据库实例名称是venus。

从Oracle9i开始，spfile被引入Oracle数据库，
Oracle首选spfile<ORACLE_SID>.ora文件作为启动参数文件；
如果该文件不存在，Oracle选择spfile.ora文件；
如果前两者都不存在，Oracle将会选择init<ORACLE_SID>.ora文件；
如果以上三个文件都不存在，Oracle将无法创建和启动instance。

这只是原因之一，不保证绝对解决。
