最新的mingw官网下载地址：https://sourceforge.net/projects/mingw/files/latest/download?source=files
环境变量：F:\MINGW\bin
或者
在cmd里面输入命令：mingw-get install gcc g++ mingw32-make
MINGW里面没有mingw32 make.exe
