三、遇到的问题
问题一:Safari/chrome can’t open the page as loop redirect.( OAM11g & webgate11g)
Error info:
Too many redirects occurred trying to open “http://oxxx.com:7777/obrar.cgi?encreply=mp7Y4XnCrEW7vJ0e”.
This might occur if you open a page that is redirected to open another page which then is redirected to open the original page.
Cause：
查看OHS的日志，发现"Request context cookie does not exist or has expired."->can assume this is caused by cookie.
但是，同一台机器上的firefox可以正常访问，其它机器上的safari/chrome也可以正常访问，确定不是server端问题；通过查看浏览器端的cookie信息，发现少了一项，分析cookie发现了问题。
Solution：
Modify system time(safari) <= OAM server system time.
If you meet this problem at Webgate10g(not caused by time),maybe you can try this:
1. Access OAM 11g Console (/oamconsole) and click the System Configuration tab. 2. For each of the WebGate 10g Agents in the OAM Agents list, edit the Agent and set the Primary Cookie Domain For example: Primary Cookie Domain = .us.oracle.com 3.Then click Apply.
If meet this problem under normal circumstances,clear the browser cache and cookie then will be OK.
