ScrollView中嵌套RecyclerView滑动卡顿的问题

 在ScrollView中嵌套RecyclerView的时候会出现滑动卡顿的问题，网上面找了一些处理的方式，有去改动触摸事件（例如onTouch）的，也有使用自定义控件去修改的，后来觉得太麻烦。

    其实直接在布局里面设置一些属性就可以了，抛弃掉旧的ScrollView这个控件，用新的控件NestedScrollView去替代，另外还要在RecyclerView里面设置android:nestedScrollingEnabled="false"这个属性，就这样就ok了，示例如下：

    android:layout_height="wrap_content">

    <android.support.v7.widget.RecyclerView
        android:layout_width="wrap_content"
        android:nestedScrollingEnabled="false"
