Visual Studio2017无法打开，提示 This app can‘t run on your PC

Visual Studio 突然无法打开了，提示This app can't run on your PC.

研究了一会儿，找到了原因，是VS2017的devenv.exe坏了，大小变成了0KB。

解决的办法是从同事的电脑上复制一个devenv.exe，问题解决。
