rpm -qa|grep vsftpd;//check youself computer is already step vsftpd

if youself not exists vsftpd package
you should input "yum install vsftpd" for terminal
then
service vsftpd start //start ftp services

next
edit the ftp configure
filepath:/etc/vsftpd/vsftpd.conf

connection ftp:
ftp://ftp youftpserverhost or ipaddress
