this.router.go(0) 和 window.location.reload() 都是刷新当前页面的方法

Vue 写H5页面时，用 this.$router.go(0); 方法刷新当前页面，在苹果手机失效，安卓、pc、开发工具等都可以

改用 window.location.reload() 问题解决！
