creating text files from the clob column in table

用DBMS_XSLPROCESSOR.CLOB2FILE一次把CLOB写入到文件中，相当轻易！并且不会像put_line那样会截断CLOB一点点写入，所以最后生成的HTML文件可以正常显示出来。
