One can get this error even though you don’t see that run configuration inside Eclipse IDE. I guess it is a bug. To solve the problem go to the location where Eclipse stores its run configurations:
projectName/.metadata/.plugins/org.eclipse.debug.core/.launches/
There you can see any artifacts.
