最近部署ear到weblogic上，启动服务的时候，遇上了这个错误，上网找了半天也没有解决方案，资料比较少。
后来自己试了一些方法 最后好用了，在这里记录下，方便以后如果和我遇到同样问题的同志们有点参考。
出现这个问题，看描述是descriptor file的命名冲突问题，但是反复检查了好像没有问题。最后怀疑到和缓存有关系。
后来把 C:\bea\user_projects\db_dev_domain\servers 文件删除。最后再完整的启动一次应用问题就解决了。
解决方法比较简单 大家遇上同样的error的时候可以试试。
