vue 首次install \build 失败

由于json某文件的限制,可以先复制

npm i --chromedriver_cdnurl=http://cdn.npm.taobao.org/dist/chromedriver --sass-binary-site=https://npm.taobao.org/mirrors/node-sass

然后再 npm install 即可

我这边的报错显示为：

  We are slimming down vue-cli to optimize the initial installation by removing the `vue build` command.
  Check out Poi (https://github.com/egoist/poi) which offers the same functionality!
