当前工程的文件夹结构错误．
比如，我当时的错误就是，Resources Root 文件夹下面各有个Java和Scala文件夹，
然后这俩个文件夹各自有一个pom.xml
这样intellij就混乱了．
所以intellij要确保打开的是一个项目，而不是多个项目．
多个项目的意思是，当前工程下面有多个pom.xml或者处于pom.xml的上一级目录，这种情况下就会报告上面这种错误．
还有一种可能是需要设置下面的Project compiler output
