Ice 3.4.2 on ubuntu 12.04

it is much easy to install Ice 3.4.2 on Ubuntu 12.04.

simply 

sudo apt-get install zeroc-ice34 

for python config. make sure

/usr/lib/pymodules/python2.7 is the first one in PYTHONPATH otherwise, there are lots of cycle reference problems.
