解决Pycharm使用debug报qt错误

报错内容如下：

This application failed to start because it could not find or load the Qt platform plugin "windows"
in "".

Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.

Process finished with exit code -1073740791 (0xC0000409)

解决方法：

查看Anaconda下面的qt.conf配置是否正确，在Anaconda目录下搜索所有包括“qt”这两个字母的文件，发现在anaconda根目录下，也就是python.exe同级目录下有一个qt.conf文件，打开发现配置的Anaconda的路径不对，修改过来，然后再debug就不报错了。
