解决使用pip安装依赖时报ssl错误

报错信息如下：

pip is configured with locations that require TLS/SSL, however the ssl module in Python is not available

报错原因，Anaconda的环境变量配置不够完全，打开电脑属性->高级系统设置->环境变量，找到path，编辑，完全的配置如下：

D:\ProgramData\Anaconda3

D:\ProgramData\Anaconda3\Scripts

D:\ProgramData\Anaconda3\Library\bin
