IDEA maven库下载依赖包速度慢的问题 MAC

在pom.xml中添加maven 依赖包时，经常会出现下面的情况，

我发现下载速度很慢，搜了很多资料，了解到使用阿里的maven镜像就可以了。操作如下：

 点击项目名称-->>maven-->>Open'setting.xml'或者create‘setting.xml’,拷贝下面内容进去重启IDE即可享受飞一般的速度?
