解决办法：使用国内镜像网站
例如原本是克隆Github的项目 ：
git clone https://github.com/samples现在只需要把 https://github.com 替换为国内镜像网站即可
国内目前有两个好使的网址可以替换
1. git clone https://github.com.cnpmjs.org/samples
// 或者
2. git clone https://git.sdut.me/samples完美解决 git clone 下载速度太慢的问题
