1、用管理员权限打开命令行窗口
2、命令行打开要安装的windows服务的路径
3、将C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319 下的InstallUtil.exe 拷贝到安装服务的同一个目录小
4、执行 InstallUtil.exe /u youService.exe（卸载服务）
