在局域网组建一台时时钟钟服务器
时钟源主机设置
1.默认情况下，独立服务器WINDOWS SERVER 2003 是作为NTP客户端工作的 ，所以必须通过修改注册表，让它作为NTP服务器运行。工作之前最好先备份注册表文件。
2.修改以下选项的键值“HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\W32Time\TimeProviders\NtpServer”内的「Enabled」设定为1，
3.打开NTP服务器功能HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE→SYSTEM→CurrentControlSet→Services→W32Time→Parameters→Type”值设为ntp；
（默认是不开启NTP Server服务，除非电脑升级成为域控制站）
4. 修改以下键值“HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\W32Time\Config\AnnounceFlags”设定为5
5.如果要采用外面的时间服务器就用默认的a值即可．
6．我这边的服务器同步用外部服务器，地址为210.72.145.44 (中国国家授时中心）
7．重启Win32Time服务： net stop w32Time && net start W32Time ６．至此，已完成服务器端设定．（在服务中找到Windows Time服务重启）
客户端设置
1．客户端的设定更改注册表即可。用cmd命令输入gpedit.msc调出注册表。
2.进入“computer configuration → Administrative Temples → System → Windows Time Service → Time Providers” ，选择“Configure Windows NTP Client”右键编辑, 选择enable,在ntpServer中设置flags IP,type选择ntp。例如: 10.12.1.163,0x9 10.241.1.31,0x9 10.10.0.180,0x9（3个时钟地址，也可以根据实际情况设置1个，0x9为系统自带后缀）；
2.选择“Enable Windows NTP Client”右键编辑，选择enable，点击应用；
3.打开cmd命令框，输入regedit进入“HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE→SYSTEM→CurrentControlSet→Services→W32Time→Parameters→NtpServer”设置时钟源IP。如: 10.12.1.163,0x9 10.241.1.31,0x9 10.10.0.180,0x9
4.桌面打开date and time,选择“Change date and time settings”——“Internet time-Change settings”——synchronized with an Internet time server地址设为“10.12.1.163,0x9 10.241.1.31,0x9 10.10.0.180,0x9”
5.修改客户端同步频率，用cmd命令输入gpedit.msc调出注册表，进入“computer configuration → Administrative Temples → System → Windows Time Service → Time Providers → Configure Windows NTP Client”，修改频率，Modify SpecialPollInterval（如：900，意为900s）
6.打开cmd命令框，输入regedit进入“ HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\W32Time\TimeProviders\NtpClient ”右键打开“SpecialPollInterval”，选择decimal，值设为900，点击ok。
7.在空白处右键单击，选择new——DWORD(32-bit)Value,命名为“SpecialInterval”，值设为1.
8.在菜单搜索服务，进入windows time，重启。
