It means that：to the 70% common issues, you can conclude SOP solutions and optimize it along the time to lift efficienct; to the 20% difficult issues you can resolve it but others can`t and look you for help, and you can find the root cause to fix it; to the 10% block issues, you have the confidence to analyze it when others have no idea, or you can find the right person for help after you find the key point, maybe guess.
- Help people as much as you can, especially the potential and nice ones. Time fly, maybe some years later they can help you back when you need.
- Have the habit to open, curious to new things, maybe the opportunity come with you someday in surprise.
