1、进入文件夹，找到anaconda的bin文件并进入
/home/用户/anaconda3/bin
2、进入后右键打开terminal
3、在terminal中输入
jupyter notebook
4、这时候jupyter notebook已经在浏览器中打开了，在浏览器中右键选择固定标签，以后打开浏览器就有jupyter notebook了
