webview随scrollview一起滑动

重要的几个点，

tools:ignore="WebViewLayout"

xmlns:tools="http://schemas.android.com/tools"

这两句代码的主要作用就是让

<LinearLayout
            android:layout_width="match_parent"
            android:layout_height="wrap_content"
            android:orientation="vertical">

android:layout_height="wrap_content"这个属性可以写上不报错
