github被某个CDN被伟大的墙屏蔽所致。
解决方法：
1.访问http://github.global.ssl.fastly.net.ipaddress.com/#ipinfo
可以获取cdn域名以及地址
将域名写入hosts文件中，就可以达到满速度了
解决国内访问github速度太慢的问题
