出现错误：
fatal error LNK1168: cannot open Debug/while.exe for writing
执行 link.exe 时出错.
原因：
程序在第一次编译运行后 产生的进程没有关闭
第二次以及后面运行的时候 就出现错误
LNK1168: cannot open Debug
解决方法：
从任务管理器中找个那个进程的名字 手动关闭就好了
