对方没有开启远程服务
3.开启远程服务
win+r-->输入：services.msc-->选中名称栏-->输入r
找到下面三个服务：
Remote Desktop Configuration
Remote Desktop Services
Remote Desktop Services UserMode Port Redirector
依次选中-->右键-->启动
如果经常使用远程服务，将这3个服务改为自动启动
右键-->属性-->将启动类型改为自动即可。
