POI将EXCEL数据导入到数据库中

1.今天项目需要添加需求，将excel表格导入到数据库中。想起利用poi框架去实现，在网上找了一个工具类，经测试，可以使用，附上代码

因为是maven 管理项目，所以引入poi相关jar包
