W —— What topic

Think about what's happening in daily life ,and your thoughts and feelings recently, and what certain goals you are wording towards

R —— Review or Reflect

Take some times to clam down and achieve concentration , use "I" as the subject to begin recording my reflections :I feel / I hope / I think , at the same time ,try to describe it in the present tense, such as "Today I am doing ... " or " just now I think "

I —— Investigate

fully and continuously digging your thoughts and feelings in the writing process ,if you find that you have nothing to write or start to take your mind, read your wrote before ,take some time to regain focus , and then continue

T —— Time yourself

Timed writing ,some researchers have pointed out that writing should be done as fast as possible without modification. This is for get rid of the restriction of "should" on thinking and record freely.

E —— Exit smart

After you stop recording ,read the text your wrote and take a moment to think ,summarize your gain in one or two sentences . For example "When I read this sentence I just feeling" or "I noticed " . If in the meantime you think of another thing needs to recorded ,please recording them immediately.
