解决方案

sudo yum install e2fsprogs-devel

查看/usr/include

[zhaojq@localhost ~]$ cd /usr/include/
[zhaojq@localhost include]$ ls | grep "ext2fs"
ext2fs
[zhaojq@localhost ext2fs]$ ls
bitops.h  ext2_err.h  ext2_ext_attr.h  ext2_fs.h  ext2fs.h  ext2_io.h  ext2_types.h  ext2_types-x86_64.h  ext3_extents.h  qcow2.h  tdb.h
