After working in outsourcing for three years, I'm useless... I don't want to brag about it!

That's right, I also did outsourcing, and I did it for three years. After three years, I was abolished...

Although the waste was not very thorough, in those three years, I almost went on business trips for three years, played for three years, and wasted for three years. In those three years, my technical ability had almost zero growth.

Speaking of this three-year outsourcing experience, it's not that there are no gains, but the technical ability has really not improved. Why do you say that? Let me take my time.

I graduated from Changsha, Hunan, majoring in computer science, second-rate undergraduate. Changsha, the capital of Hunan Province and the capital of entertainment, is a second-tier city with not particularly developed IT technology. There are many training institutions and outsourcing companies, so it is inevitable for me to enter outsourcing.

Looking back at the past, it seems like yesterday...

First outsourcing experience

The first period of outsourcing experience was outsourcing at Huawei, which was a complete human outsourcing. The outsourcing company provided people, and Huawei provided technology.

This is my second job after graduation. I jumped from a small company and was recommended by a colleague from a previous small company. He also jumped to work there, but it seems that he left before I joined the job.

At that time, it was often three or four o'clock in the evening, which made me doubt my life. Fortunately, I was young, able to withstand it, and had little experience, so I let the company dictate it. Huawei’s colleagues are even worse, feeling that they are always on standby. I remember one time, a small leader of Huawei stayed up all night until five or six in the morning. He was called back by the phone not long after returning. It’s so miserable... Maybe they have Stick to them.

Although the working hours are long, the work is not strong, and most of the time is spent on the running-in of the project and various processes. Although it is outsourcing, although the treatment is not as good as that of some big companies, it is very conscientious compared to most of the companies that only have a dinner subsidy of more than a dozen yuan. Overtime workers can take time off when they are free, and the time is still very free. The working atmosphere is also very good, and I am happy at work. I am surrounded by colleagues who are similar in age to me and get along very well. Some of them still keep in touch.

The second outsourcing experience

After working in the above-mentioned company for less than a year, he went to another outsourcing leader in Changsha, mainly doing outsourcing projects for domestic telecom operators, and the outsourcing company provided people and technology.

I don't know why, but at that time everyone started to switch jobs to this company, and I came too. The project manager and his superiors and personnel talked to me one by one, hoping that I would stay, and described the bright future, without mentioning any salary increase. Later, I was determined to come to this company, after all, it was before the increase half of.

I have been working in this company for more than two years.

Later, due to the company's rectification and merger, I was transferred to a project team in another city. This was also a wonderful and precious experience. I often went to other provinces for business trips, and I went wherever I needed people. I felt more like a I became an outsourcer, and it also allowed me to travel all over Northwest China, and I also saw the beauty of the mountains and rivers of the motherland. Now that I think about it, it is really beautiful, but I can’t go back.

sum it up

I have worked as two outsourcing leaders for three years after graduation. Fortunately, they are all large factories with tens of thousands of people. With few technical friends, we have accumulated a lot of valuable experience.

If you want to work in the software testing industry, but you are not from a famous school and lack work experience, I think it is not a bad thing to go outsourcing. Don’t pay too much attention to income in the early stage of work. Opportunities, experience, and connections are the most important. Learn some industry technologies while working , With some project experience, coupled with the degree of learning and mastery of technology, outsourcing is also a good springboard.

Many people urgently need to change jobs and raise their salaries, but suffer from the lack of systematic advanced learning methods.
