On February 26, 2020, we received an email from the USCIS, and our I-485 status was updated (Request for Evidence). Judging from some cases observed during this period, it should be that the Immigration Bureau requires us to submit a supplementary medical examination report, and usually only requires the RFE I-693 medical examination report, and the EB green card has a high probability of being exempt from interviews.
Since it was only an e-mail notification, the lawyer said that he would wait for the paper to be finalized. If it is confirmed that it is a medical examination report, one method is to explain that there is a medical examination report in the second set of application materials, and the other is to go to the hospital to see if we can get a new medical examination report to supplement.
