Texlive2019 download and installation
(1) Download
Recommended Download offline download installation package, and then installed manner. You can use a mirror to download the official website, you can also take advantage of the country's image download.

installation
The texlive2019.iso decompress the file, and then double-click in which the install-tl-advanced.bat file.
Click on Advanced

The default is English beginning in the top menu bar, "option", set up Chinese: options-> general-> language-> zh-cn

After setting utf8 encoding: Options -> Settings -> Editor - "default font encoding -" UTF-8
