Properties Transparency
Css transparency attributes into two types of background: rgba (0,0,0,0-1); there is a Opacity (Transparency): 0-1;
Background: RGBA (); background: Representative background color inside rgba represent
R for red is red
value is between 0-255
G for green is the green
value is between 0-255
B for blue is the blue
value is between 0-255
A is representative of transparency alpha
values are 0 (fully transparent) to 1 (fully opaque)
the Opacity (transparency): 0 (fully transparent) to 1 (fully opaque); it has all the elements within that row is provided will have transparent elements inherit
