Problem Description:
G tray open denied access because the file I internal structural damage caused by the disk system. To restore the data inside it is necessary to note that this disk is not formatted, otherwise the data will further damage. Specific ways of looking at the body recovery

Step 1: Download and unzip the program after the first run, select the need to restore the disk, and then point "Start Restore" button 
Step 2: After the program scans the file, will be placed in the same directory restore disk volume label name 
Step 3: tick all the files you need to recover, and then "Save as" button in the upper right corner, the file copy will tick out. 
Step 4: The final step only need to wait for the completion of the program will copy the files just fine. 
Note 1: Access Denied recovered data needs to be saved temporarily to the other tray.
Note 2: If you want to restore deny access to the removable disk should be noted, we must first restore the data re-formatting.
