Problem description: After
formatting, there are only a few hidden files generated by formatting in F disk. The specific recovery method for formatted hard disk data is also very simple. 
Tools/Software: Extreme Data Recovery Software
Step 1: After the program runs, directly select the partition that needs to be recovered, and then click the "Start Recovery" button in the upper right corner to start scanning data. 
Step 2: After the software scans the file, it will be placed in the directory with the same name as the disk to be restored. 
Step 3: Select all the data to be restored, right-click and select "Copy File", the program will COPY the selected file. 
Step 4: The last step is to wait for the program to copy the data. 
Note 1: If you want to restore the disk formatting, you need to pay attention, you must first restore the data before saving files to this disk.
Note 2: The data recovered from formatting needs to be temporarily saved to other disks.
