After win10 disk becomes D update CD drive

The problem is very small sucker, recorded by Microsoft to prevent others to obstruct official.
In fact, the CD drive is taking up the system hard drive letter, as follows:

1. My computer - right click - Manage - Disk Management, select the CD-ROM, right, change the drive letter and path to the CD drive to re-assign a drive letter
2. Then to the original "D" disc to add or change the drive letter
