1: V1 dragged into the original video track (my own mobile phones to take a resolution of 2340 * 1080)
2: Select the video has been dragged into the V1 track in the top menu sequence set in the original video sequence settings changed to 1080 * 1920 (vibrato highest resolution supported)
3: Right-click on the video track V1, then Scale to frame size. (This step is very important, otherwise the screen display is abnormal)
4: ALT copy a video overlay track to V2, then V1 video track zoom (in editing effects in, drag the zoom button to satisfactory results)
5: In the Effect Controls search inside Gaussian blur effect applied to the V1 track, then scaled to the desired transparency ambiguity in the V1 editing effects.
6: Ctrl + M and then export the video
Here to talk about resolution
Screen resolution refers to the resolution of the display screen. Screen resolution is determined the computer how much information is displayed on the setting screen, pixels horizontally and vertically to measure. In terms of the same size screen, when the screen resolution is low (e.g. 640 x 480), a pixel displayed on a small screen, the individual pixel size is relatively large. High screen resolution (e.g. 1600 x 1200), a pixel displayed on the screen multiple, relatively small size of a single pixel.
Display resolution is the number of pixels displayed on the screen, a resolution of 160 × 128 mean number of horizontal pixels containing 160, 128 the number of pixels in the vertical direction. Under the same screen size, the higher the resolution, the finer and delicate display.
So, if we computer monitor resolution is 1920 * 1080, it is to have 1920 pixels in the horizontal direction and 1080 pixels vertically, so we visually longer than the vertical screen landscape
Why say this it? We watched a video on the phone when your phone if the resolution is 1920 * 1080, then we watch the video mostly horizontally, like computer displays, but now most people brush are vertical take video phone so we will make the screen display is 1080 * 1920, so the video will be up vertically.
