Install the latest version of wine

sudo dpkg --add-architecture i386 
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:wine/wine-builds
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install wine-devel

configure

winecfg

download longene-wine-qq 7.8

Install

sudo dpkg -i WineQQ7.8-20151109-Longene.deb
