Through this chapter I learned:
The early exchanges and communication to make you a better sense of the cost, while enabling developers to gain confidence in design.
1, bear in mind that developers achieve creative bear responsibility; structural engineers can only make recommendations. (Only to recommend, not to find fault)
2, always ready to recommend a method implemented as a description specified, ready to accept any other feasible method.
3, keep a low profile and quiet of the above recommendations. (Failing to panic, can be calm, it is a realm?)
4, to prepare recommendations to improve or give up. (As a leader should have vision and tolerance)
