【Work Plan】

the first week	Browse existing projects, discuss the selected projects. After selecting the project, group discussion and analysis needs. Screening functional requirements document, select the system's core functionality.
the second week	Complete stakeholder analysis and data sampling, preliminary design framework, and improve the Party to maintain communication needs.
The third week	Complete the requirements refinement and prioritization, through the process of modeling the selected item.
the fourth week	Prototype design and build complete basic frame.
fifth week	Sort of project documentation complete, final delivery and acceptance Party.

【work progress】

    Reference group members weekly work plan, the gradual completion of the corresponding work, and adjust plans next week, in order to more efficiently complete a week of work. By the fourth week, we have completed the project background, project scope, stakeholder analysis and data sampling, needs refinement and prioritization, process modeling, prototyping and improvement framework for building and other steps, consistent with the work plan. Next week we will integrate the project documentation, improve website framework, completion of final design documentation requirements.
