Default in Win10 user is not allowed to set local connection metered networks, but we can be accomplished by modifying the way the registry is.
The local connection is provided by the network traffic accounting, Windows Update will not be automatically downloaded. Similarly, Windows application store application will not automatically download the updates, of course, this one can be set up in the store.
step:
1. Press Win + R open operation, the transport type regedit open registry editor. Or right-click the Start menu, select Run.
2. Type regedit, and click OK.
