1.生病情况下,不是在去医院治疗,而是申请请假回家去地方中医门诊治疗,这类门诊一般都没有正规发票或病情证明,且中药治疗时间久,申请请假时间也随之增长;
2.亲属关系密切程度较高,因亲属结婚、逝世请假情况数量较多,且时间较长;
3.家庭观念较深,父母、祖父母生日请假情况也较为频繁;
4.当地文化风俗较为浓重,祈福、祭祀等活动较多,传统观念较重,对此类活动的重视程度非常高,请假问题突出;
5.部分学生因路途略远,为在周末有较多的时间在家,总是在节假日前一天下午请假,争取跟多与家人团聚的时间。
H类高校带有较为浓重的传统思想和文化风俗,本身是中华民族留下的一种文明,但是面对现代的高校教学理念和要求,这种文明却又给正常的教育教学活动带来了非常不便的影响;学生家庭所在地距离学校较近,方便学校、辅导员与家长的联系 ,但是却成了学生请假较为频繁的重要因素。

三、总结
