The rating of Chinese universities has always adopted a diversified and innovative evaluation form of classified evaluation, overall research, both total quantity and accuracy, with objective data as the main and subjective evaluation as the supplement. The evaluation system takes the basic indicators of running a school as the core, weakens the indicators of awards, papers, and alumni, reduces the indicators with logical causality, and sets up seven major indicators of first-level indicators-school-running level, budget, discipline construction, teaching construction, teaching staff, There are more than forty secondary indicators for academic level and employment level. Through national horizontal, provincial/category vertical, multiple rounds of in-depth comparative research and fuzzy ranking, the final rating result is formed. Compared with the traditional cumulative ranking, the rating is more suitable for multi-dimensional and multi-indicator evaluation, which has obvious advantages. The indicator data comes from information disclosure on the official websites of universities, announcements from relevant competent authorities, and various media reports.
