start installation

tar -zxvf VMwareTools-10.3.10-13959562.tar.gz -C /tmp/
Into the / tmp directory
cd /tmp/
There is a vmware-tools-distrib folder, enter
cd vmware-tools-distrib
Run the script vmware-install.pl
./vmware-install.pl
If you need administrator privileges to run, then
sudo ./vmware-install.pl
