SUSE independent open source company announced the launch of two new services - "SUSE discovery service" (SUSE Discovery Services) and "SUSE aided design services" (SUSE Assist: Design Services).
These two new services will complement existing services as SUSE in order to improve its "SUSE Global Services" (SUSE Global Services) portfolio, the service will provide customers with a set of flexible IT transformation applicable to all stages of the product portfolio, help customers quickly achieve business objectives and return on investment.
According to reports, "SUSE discovery service" is a one-day on-site service for assessing and understanding the customer's business needs as well as open source solutions needed to meet these needs. "SUSE aided design services" is a seminar focusing on the actual operation, customers and SUSE solutions experts will work together to create a high-level design documents for the customer's business. The new release of SUSE services and existing services combined, can improve the "SUSE Global Services' customer journey product portfolio.
After this update, "SUSE Global Services' products will cover the following stages:
